Sage Karam Announces Retirement From Thrustmaster Pro Series

In an announcement Monday night, Sage Karam announced that Season 6 will be his final season in the Thrustmaster Pro Series.

Karam stated that real world obligations have led him to leave the series.  Karam, who is a professional driver in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Indycar Series and Nitro Rallycross, is a chartered member of the Thrustmaster Pro Series.

During his announcement, Karam noted that he will be keeping his team and charter and will be actively searching for a driver to pilot his #1 Monster Energy/GearWrench car.  Current Cup Series drivers Tom Hauser (GT: Killswitch51880), Brandon Penny (GT: droppinpennies) and current Xfinity Series driver Justin Grant (GT: Afterburner Z) look to be the favorites for the seat position.
